ABOUT THE PROJECT

A Netflix documentary taking us behind the scenes of the single-shot episode 6 of The Helicopter Heist. Based on true events, the newly released series tells the story of the meticulous planning and nerve that went into pulling off one of the most daring and spectacular crimes in history. The documentary features Daniél Espinosa (conceptual director), Ronnie Sandahl (creator and writer), and the main cast: Mahmut Suvakci, Ardalan Esmaili, Erik Svedberg-Zelman, and Wim Elfwencrona. In exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, the cast and creators discuss and break down how they filmed the adrenaline-filled real-time depiction of the infamous robbery.
